Houston Texas - The dirty South meets Punjabi Rap
Deep aka Deep Cold aka Deep Da 1, who keeps changing his name lol is a rapper, and his buddy Kamla Punjabi who is a Urban Punjabi singer/rapper, work in collaboration.They both have put Urban Punjabi music on the map in the southern states of the US and have now caught the attention to wider audiences, having featured with Canada's finest DJ Sanj (J-Nas) on various projects. This resulted in a huge popularity from the UK, India amongst other countries.
They have recently released a video from Kamla Punjabi's up and coming album which was released here on this site earlier, and features the songs, Seethi Mar and Rim Kamounde. Make sure you watch out for more great stuff coming soon from them. Kamla Punjabi is about to release his debut album soon (hopefully this year) and Deep Cold is working on his 2nd album after the huge success of his first debut album named "In Trunks Now".
